The Educator Aea is a private area that students cannot access, designed to help educators collaborate, share documents, and work together in one dedicated place.
Using the Educator Area
- Navigate to your Space and click on Participants tile.
- From there, you can perform similar actions as in the Materials:
- Add, Edit and Reorder Materials
- Export & Import Materials
- Export & Import Individual Pages

Start a dedicated Educator conversation, visible only to Educators who are in your space.
Note
The Educator Area is private, so students cannot see anything shared there. This makes it a safe place to share sensitive materials, but you should still use good judgment.
If you share a link to a page in the Educator Area, only other educators who have access to the space can view it. However, files work differently: anyone you share a file with can download it and share it again, like a file on a USB stick. Be careful when sharing files to avoid exposing sensitive information.
