Materials: Delete and Restore – Aula

This article explains how to delete materials and restore previous versions.

Delete Materials

Below, you’ll find instructions on how to delete a single page or an entire section.

Click the three dots icon next to the title of the section you want to delete.
Select Delete from the drop-down menu.
A pop-up window will appear. Click Delete.

Below you will find guidance on how to restore a deleted page and a deleted section.

Navigate to your Space and click on the Materials tile.
Click on the three dots next to the Materials heading.
Click on Restore deleted page.
You will see a list of pages on the left-hand side that you have previously deleted. Select the one you want to restore and click Restore page.
You will see the restored page at the bottom of your Materials.

Restore the individual pages one by one, following the steps in the section above.
Create a new section with the same title as the deleted one.
Drag and drop the restored pages into the new section.

Locate the page you need to restore, and once you are on that page:

Click on the three dots icon in the top right corner.
Select Find a previous version from the drop-down.
Once you find the version that you're after, click on Revert to this version in the top right.

Note: Restoring a previous version of a page does not delete the Discussion boxes.
