Using Preview mode helps you:
- Check how the content will appear to students
- Review formatting and layout
- Verify embedded content and media
- Test updates before publishing changes
- Catch mistakes before students can see them
How to Use Preview Mode
To review content before it becomes visible to students, follow these steps:
- Navigate to your Space and click the Materials tile.
- Open the material page you want to work on.
- Click the pencil icon to edit the page.
- Click the Preview button. A preview window will appear showing how the page will look to students.
To return to editing:
- Click Exit Preview in the top-right corner.
- Continue editing the page as needed.
Once you are happy with the results, you can:
- Publish the page immediately, or
- Schedule the page release for a later date
