As an Educator, you can check who is enrolled in your module by heading to the Space settings. This is also where you'll be able to export the list of module participants to a CSV file.

Check Module Participants
- Navigate to the relevant module and click on the name of your module at the top.
- Click on the people icon ("Participants and Groups").
- You'll now be able to see a full list of members of the module.
- Educators will have a pink Educator label under their names.
- You can search through the list using the search bar at the top.
- You can also sort the list by either last names or roles. To do so, click on the Last name in the top right and choose the relevant option.
- Educators will have a pink Educator label under their names.
Export the list of participants
Click on the download iconin the top right of the Participants tab, and choose a relevant option. The file will be downloaded to your local drive.
View Participants History
This feature allows you to see who was added to your module, when, and by whom. Please note this does not include participant changes prior to August '20
- Navigate to your Module and click on the name of your module at the top.
- Click on the people icon ("Participants and Groups").
- Click on the clock button to the right of the page.
- To the left of the screen, you will see a sidebar with a list of all changes. "Admin import" entries indicate changes made on our end.
Manage Users
Your institution will either add Students modules via our API or provide us with a list for manual enrolment. If you notice that something is incorrect, please reach out to:
1. Your institution's registry if the enrolment is automated.
2. Aula's Product Support if enrolments are manual. Please also provide us with the following:

- Full name of the affected user(s),
- Their role (Educator / Student),
- University email address(es),
- The title of the course and relevant modules.

For more than 5 students, please send us a CSV or XLS file with first name, last name, and email columns respectively. You can use the template attached to the bottom of this page.
- Navigate to your Module and click on the name of your module at the top.
- Click on the people icon ("Participants and Groups").
- Click on the + Add educators button to the right of the page.
- Search for your colleagues using their name or email address.
- Click on the user(s) of your choice and once your'e happy, confirm with Add selected.
Please note
- You can search and add multiple users at the same time.
- If the person you try to add is not an Educator in any other space (thus, could be a Student), you'll see a warning.
- If you cannot find your colleague, this means their account was not set up in Aula or they already have Educator access to that module. Please contact us if you're not sure.
- Navigate to your Module and click on the name of your module at the top.
- Click on the people icon ("Participants and Groups").
- Find a relevant Educator and click on the “⛔️ ” button.
- Confirm with Remove.
If you're an educator in a space, you have the ability to remove yourself in the Participants tab.
- Navigate to your Module and click on the name of your module at the top.
- Click on the people icon ("Participants and Groups").
- Find your name and click on the “⛔️ ” button.
- Check the box and confirm with Leave.
Note
- We do not support being in more than 1000 spaces as this can cause issues with logging in, assessments, etc.
- If you are in more 1000 spaces, we highly encourage you to remove yourself from spaces you no longer need access to.
