The Product Support team is committed to helping you get back on track or guide you through your learning experience on Aula. However, abusive behaviour will make it difficult for the Product Support team to resolve your issues.
Examples of abusive behaviour may include disparaging language, hateful, obscene, offensive, profane, racist, sexual, defamatory, or violent language, personal attacks, threats of violence to yourself or others, and spamming others.
We want to help you get the most out of Aula. In order to do so, we need to ensure that our employees feel safe at work. So, when an individual becomes threatening or abusive to our team, Aula may need to take action to protect our employees. These actions may include:
