What is SSO?
Single sign-on (SSO) is a user authentication service that permits a user to use one set of login credentials (such as an email and password) to access multiple applications.
If Single sign-on (SSO) is turned on at your institution, all students and staff will log in using their University credentials, rather than a magic code (password) generated by Aula.
SSO Error Pages
If you have an error message on any page after the Aula log-in that has your institution's logo or URL, then it's likely that there's a problem with your institution's SSO.
The Aula Support Team can help troubleshoot the issue to confirm whether this is the case or not. We'll just need a screenshot or a screen recording of the error page you're receiving.

Please note that if there's an error with your institution's SSO, it is not an issue that Aula can resolve. We can double-check the enrolment on an Aula space and then encourage you to contact your university's IT team to help fix the problem.
