⚠️ Educators cannot create new quizzes or use quiz item banks in the old Aula native quizzes anymore.
This article will guide you through how to view existing quizzes and what to do about quizzes as of now.
Please note that this article is about the old native Aula quizzes only
How to View Existing Quizzes?
Educators can still view the existing Aula native quizzes previously created. However, when you want to create a new assignment and click on New Assignment, the following message will be displayed by default:
There are two ways of viewing existing quizzes that were previously created: in the Assignments tab or in the Student Success App.
In the Assignments Tab
In Assignments tab in Journey you can click on an old quiz to view the questions in it as well as the students' answers and grades:
1. Go to Assignments under the Journey tab.
2. Click on the Quiz you'd like to view.
3. Scroll down to view students' results or click on a student's name to view their answers.
In the Student Success App
In the Student Success App you can only view the students' grades:
1. Go to Assignments under the Journey tab.
2. Click on Student Success App on the right-hand panel within Assignments.
3. Click on the title of any quiz.
4. Check the students' grades. There will be a "not graded" label if their submission wasn't graded.
If you click on a student's name in the Student Success App, it won't show you their answers in the quiz. It will take you to a list with all of their grades in all the assignments in that space.
What Quiz Tool Should I Use Instead?
Please check this directly with your institution as each one has a preferred tool.
